従来、 セメント製造設備におけるプレヒーターの閉塞等の問題を引き起こす 原因となる塩素、 硫黄、 アルカリ等の中で、 塩素が特に問題となることに着目 し、 セメントキルンの入口フード付近より燃焼ガスの一部を抽気して塩素を除 去する塩素バイパス設備が用いられている。
この塩素バイパス設備では、 例えば、 国際公開第 WO 9 7ノ 2 1号パンフレ ットに記載のように、 抽気した排ガスを冷却して生成したダストの微粉側に塩 素が偏在しているため、 ダストを分級機によって粗粉と微粉とに分離し、 粗粉 をセメントキルン系に戻すとともに、 分離された塩化カリウム (K C 1 ) 等を 含む微粉 (塩素バイパスダスト) を回収してセメント粉砕ミル系に添加してい た。
ところが、 近年、 廃棄物のセメント原料化または燃料化によるリサイクルが 推進され、 廃棄物の処理量が増加するに従い、 セメントキルンに持ち込まれる 塩素、 硫黄、 アルカリ等の揮発成分の量も増加し、 塩素バイパスダス トの発生 量も増加している。 そのため、 塩素バイパスダストを全てセメント粉砕工程で 利用することができず、 利用できない塩分は水洗処理により放流されていたが、 今後、 塩素バイパスダストの発生量もさらに増加することが予測されるため、 新たな処理方法の開発が求められていた。 かかる見地から、 特開平 1 1一 1 0 0 2 4 3号公報に記載のように、 従来水 洗処理されている塩素バイパスダスト等を脱塩処理し、 セメント原料として有 効利用するため.、 塩素を含む廃棄物に水を添加して廃棄物中の塩素を溶出させ てろ過し、 得られた脱塩ケークをセメント原料として利用するとともに、 排水 を浄化処理し、 環境汚染を引き起こすことなく放流し、 塩素バイパスダストの 処理を図っている。
しかし、 上記特開平 1 1一 1 0 0 2 4 3号公報に記載のセメント原料化処理 方法等では、 塩素バイパスダスト等を脱塩処理するにあたって、 冷却器 (熱交 換器) と高温バッグフィルターとを用いて塩素パイパスダストを回収していた 、 塩素バイパスダストが塩分を含むため、 冷却器等が腐蝕しやすく、 設備の 寿命が短くなるとともに、 嵩比重が非常に低くハンドリングの難しいダストを 大量に貯蔵する大容量のタンク、 定量フィーダ一等が必要となり、 設備コスト が増加するという問題があった。
また、 上記塩素バイパスを行うに際し、 セメントキルンの入口フード付近よ り抽気した燃焼ガスの一部には硫黄分が含まれるため、 抽気ガスをそのまま系 外に排出することができず、 セメントキルンに付設された原料乾燥あるいは粉 砕工程等に戻すこと等が必要であった。 発明の開示
そこで、 本発明は、 上記従来のセメントキルン燃焼排ガスの処理方法におけ る問題点に鑑みてなされたものであって、 設備コストを低く抑えることができ、 セメントキルンの入口フード付近より抽気した燃焼ガスに含まれる硫黄分を除 去し、 大気へ放散すること等が可能なセメントキルン塩素 ·硫黄バイパスシス テム等を提供することを目的とする。
上記目的を達成するため、 本発明は、 セメントキルン塩素 ·硫黄バイパスシ ステムであって、 セメントキルンのキルン尻からボトムサイク口ンに至るまで のキルン排ガス流路より燃焼ガスの一部を抽気する抽気手段と、 該抽気手段に よって抽気されたガス中のダストを粗粉と微粉とに分離する分離手段と、 該分 離手段によって分離された微粉を含む抽気ガスを集塵する湿式集塵装置とを備 えることを特徴とする。
そして、 本発明によれば、 湿式集塵装置を用いて微粉を含む抽気ガスを集塵 するため、 集塵スラリーをそのまま排水処理 ·脱塩装置等に供給することがで き、 従来塩素バイパスダストを脱塩処理する際に用いられてきた水洗設備が不 要となり、 設備コストを低減することができる。 湿式集塵に用いる溶媒として は、 水または水を含有するスラリー等、 抽気ガス中のダスト等を捕集可能な液 状物を用いる。 また、 抽気ガスの冷却と塩素バイパスダストの捕集を湿式集塵 装置で一度に行うことができるため、 従来必要であつた冷却器と高温パッグフ ィルターが不要となるとともに、 容重の小さい塩素バイパスダストのために従 来必要であった大型の貯蔵設備も不要となり、 設備コストを大幅に低減するこ とができる。 さらに、 燃焼ガス中の二酸化硫黄 (s o 2) を、 抽気ガス中のダ ストの微粉中の生石灰 (C a O ) が水と反応して生じた消石灰 (C a ( O H) 2) と反応させて石膏として脱硫し、 セメントキルン系外に排出し、 セメント ミルで有効利用することができる。
前記分離手段には、 分級機を用いることができ、 該分級機の分級点を可変と することが好ましい。 分級機の分級点を調整することにより、 微粉に含まれる C a O濃度を制御し、 循環液槽内の循環液の p Hを制御したり、 硫黄分の吸収 剤としての C a ( O H) 2の量を増加させて脱硫効率を制御することができる。 分級機には、 乾式分級機、 すなわち、 沈降室等の重力分級機、 V型、 ジグザグ 型等の慣性分級機、 気流旋回型、 回転翼型等の遠心式分級機、 振動篩、 音波篩、 気流分散型等の機械式篩等を使用することができる。
前記分離手段には、 サイクロンを用いることができ、 該サイクロンの入口風 速を可変とすることが好ましい。 サイクロンの入口風速を変更して分級点を調 整することにより、 微粉に含まれる C a O濃度を制御し、 循環液槽内の循環液 の p Hを制御したり、 硫黄分の吸収剤としての C a ( O H) 2の量を増加させ て脱硫効率を制御することができる。 入口風速の変更は、 ガイドべーンの位置 を変更したり、 サイクロンの台数を変更すること等によって行う。
また、 前記湿式集塵装置には、 ミキシングスクラパーを用いることができる。 ミキシングスクラバーとは、 筒体内に、 該筒体内を気体と液体が向流または並 流で移動していく過程で、 該流れに旋回を与える案内羽根を複数配置したこと を特徴とする、 気体と液体とを接触させ、 反応及びダストの捕集等を行わせる 装置をいう。 好ましくは、 気体と液体とを並流とし、 該流れに右旋回を与える 案内羽根と、 左旋回を与える案内羽根とを交互に配置する。
前記ミキシングスクラバーは、 該ミキシングスクラバーによつて集塵された 集塵ダストスラリーが供給される循環液槽と、 該循環液槽内の集塵ダストスラ リ一の一部を該ミキシンダスクラバーに戻す循環装置とを備えることが好まし い。 集塵ダストスラリーをミキシングスクラバーに循環させることにより、 集 塵ダストスラリーの循環率を制御し、 ミキシングスクラパーの集塵効率を容易 に調整することができるとともに、 後段の排水処理 ·脱塩装置における塩水濃 縮装置ゃ晶析装置の安定運転を確保することができる。
前記循環液槽に硫酸を添加する硫酸添加装置を備えることが好ましい。 これ によって、 循環液槽内の循環液の p Hが上昇し過ぎた場合に、 硫酸添加装置か ら硫酸を循環液槽に添加することにより、 循環液槽内の循環液の p Hを 7以下、 好ましくは 4以上 6以下に制御し、 生成する炭酸カルシウムを石膏に転換する ことにより、 ミキシングスクラパーに供給される循環スラリーの流路における スケールトラブルを防止することができる。
さらに、 本発明は、 セメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理方法であって、 セメント キルンのキルン尻からボトムサイク口ンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路ょり燃 焼ガスの一部を抽気し、 抽気ガス中のダストの粗粉を分離し、 微粉を含む抽気 ガスを湿式集塵装置で溶媒を用いて集塵することを特徴とする。
そして、 本発明によれば、 上述のように、 従来塩素バイパスダストを脱塩処 理する際に用いられてきた水洗設備が不要となり、 設備コストを低減すること ができる。 また、 抽気ガスの冷却と塩素パイパスダストの捕集を湿式集塵装置 で一度に行うことができるため、 従来必要であつた冷却器と高温バッグフィル ターが不要となるとともに、 容重の小さい塩素パイパスダストのために従来必 要であった大型の貯蔵設備も不要となり、 設備コストを大幅に低減することが できる。 前記湿式集塵装置で集塵された集塵ダストスラリーの少なくとも一部をセメ ントミル系へ添加することができる。 これによつて、 セメントミル系で、 排ガ ス処理時に生成される石膏を有効利用しながら集塵ダストスラリ一を処理する ことができる。
また、 前記湿式集塵装置で集塵された集塵ダストスラリーを固液分離し、 得 られた脱塩ダストケークをセメントミル系へ添加することもできる。 これによ つて、 湿式集塵装置で集塵された集塵ダストスラリーを固液分離して塩水を分 離したダストケークをセメントミル系へ添加することにより、 石膏を含むダス トケークをも有効利用することができる。
さらに、 前記湿式集塵装置で集塵された集塵ダストスラリーを固液分離し、 分離した塩水の少なくとも一部をセメントミル系へ添加することも可能である。 これによつて、 集塵ダストスラリーから分離した塩水の少なくとも一部をセメ ントミル系において処理することができる。
また、 前記湿式集塵装置で集塵された集塵ダストスラリーを固液分離し、 分 離した塩水を塩回収工程で脱塩して工業塩を回収し、 脱塩後の処理水を前記固 液分離後の洗浄のための洗浄水または/及び前記湿式集塵装置の集塵用水とし て再利用することもできる。 これによつて、 集塵ダストスラリーから分離した 塩水から工業塩を回収することができるとともに、 排水脱塩装置と固液分離装 置または/及び湿式集塵装置との間で水を循環利用することができるため、 系 外に排出する水を極力少なくして水の有効利用を図ることができる。 図面の簡単な説明
第 1図は、 本発明にかかるセメントキルン塩素 ·硫黄パイパスシステムの一 実施の形態を示すフロー図である。
第 2図は、 本発明にかかるセメントキルン塩素 '硫黄バイパスシステムの一 実施例として、 湿式集塵装置にミキシングスクラバーを用いた場合を示すフロ 一図である。
第 3図は、 サイクロンで回収されなかった微粉中の C a Oを含むセメント原 料と、 K C 1等を含む微粉の粒度分布を示すグラフである。 発明を実施するための最良の形態
第 1図は、 本発明にかかるセメントキルン塩素 ·硫黄バイパスシステムの一 実施の形態を示し、 このシステム 1は、 サイクロン等の粗粉 '微粉分離装置 2 と、 好ましくはミキシングスクラバー、 またはベンチュリースクラバー等の湿 式集塵装置 3と、 ろ過 ·水洗装置、 遠心分離装置等の分離 ·水洗装置 4と、 排 水処理 ·脱塩装置 5等で構成される。
セメントキルン入口フード 6付近からの抽気ガスは、 図示しないプローブに おいて冷却ファンからの冷風によって冷却された後、 粗粉 ·微粉分離装置 2に 導入され、 粗粉と微粉及びガスとに分離される。 微粉を含むガスは、 湿式集塵 装置 3で溶媒を用いて集塵される。 湿式集塵装置 3で集塵された K C 1等の塩 素分を含む集塵ダストスラリーは、 工業規格で規定、 あるいは品質保証値に規 定されるセメント中の塩素濃度の上限値を超えない範囲でセメントミル系に直 接添加することができる。 残りのスラリーは、 分離 ·水洗装置 4において洗浄 して塩素分を除去し、 脱塩ダストケークをセメントミル系へ添加する。 これに よって、 石膏を含む脱塩ダストケークをも有効利用することができる。 尚、 湿 式集塵装置 3で集塵された集塵ダストスラリーの全量を分離 ·水洗装置 4にお いて洗浄して塩素分を除去し、 脱塩ダストケークをセメントミル系へ添加して あよい。
また、 分離 ·水洗装置 4からの塩水は、 排水処理 ·脱塩装置 5に供給されて 工業塩が回収され、 排水は、 湿式集塵装置 3及び分離 ·水洗装置 4において循 環利用することができる。 尚、 分離 ·水洗装置 4からの塩水は、 周知のように、 排水処理によつて重金属を含む有害物を除去した後、 放水してもよい。
一方、 湿式集塵装置 3で集塵された集麈ダストスラリーには、 微粉中の生石 灰 '(C a O ) が水と反応して生じた消石灰 (C a ( O H) 2) が存在する。 そ のため、 セメントキルン入口フード 6からの抽気ガスに存在する硫黄分 (S O 2) は、 この消石灰と反応し、
C a 0 + H 2 O→C a ( O H) 2
S 0 2 + C a ( O H) 2→C a S 0 3 · 1 / 2 H 2 O + 1 / 2 H 2 O C a S 03■ 1/2H20+ l/202+ 3/2H20→C a S04 · 2H20 によって、 脱硫され、 石膏を回収することができる。
尚、 KC 1を含む塩素分は、 上述のように、 工業塩として回収してもよく、 分離された塩水を、 セメント中の塩素濃度の上限値 200 p pmを越えない範 囲で、 そのままセメントキルンに付設されたセメントミル系に投入して処理す ることも可能である。
また、 上記実施例では、 湿式集塵装置 3で集塵された集麈ダストスラリーに おいて微粉中の生石灰が水と反応して生じた消石灰を利用したが、 消石灰源と して、 セメントキルンのキルン尻からボトムサイクロンに至るまでのキルン排 ガス流路より抽気した抽気ガスから分離した粗粉の一部または全部を水と反応 させたものや、 セメントキルンの仮焼原料を水と反応させたもの、 別途系外か らの消石灰や生石灰を利用することもできる。
次に、 本発明にかかるセメントキルン塩素 ·硫黄バイパスシステムの一実施 例として、 上記湿式集塵装置 3にミキシングスクラバー 26 (株式会社ミュー カンパ-一リミテッド製ミユースクラパー等) を用いた場合について、 第 2図 を参照しながら説明する。
本実施例におけるセメントキルン塩素 '硫黄バイパスシステム 21は、 大別 して、 粗粉 '微粉分離装置としてのサイクロン 25と、 ミキシングスクラパー
26と、 循環液槽 27と、 洗浄塔 28と、 分離 ·水洗装置 34と、 排水処理 · 脱塩装置 35等で構成される。 ミキシングスクラバー 26と循環液槽 27との 間には、 スラリーを循環させるためのポンプ 29が設けられる。 また、 循環ス ラリーの pHを調整するための硫酸を循環液槽 27に供給するため、 硫酸貯槽
32及びポンプ 33が配置される。
セメントキルン 22のキルン尻からポトムサイク口ンに至るまでのキルン排 ガス流路からの抽気ガスは、 プローブ 23において冷却ファン 24からの冷風 によって冷却された後、 サイクロン 25に導入され、 粗粉と微粉及ぴガスとに 分離される。 微粉及びガスは、 ミキシングスクラパー 26において、 循環液槽 27から供給されるスラリ一の有する水分等によって冷却され、 微粉がミキシ ングスクラパー 26によって集塵される。 ミキシンダスクラパー 26の空塔速 度 V (m/ s ) は、 2 V≤ 8とすることが好ましい。
ミキシングスクラパー 26から排出された排ガスは、 循環液槽 2 7、 洗浄塔 28及ぴファン 30を経て大気に放出されるため、 ミキシンダスクラパー 26 の集塵効率を高める必要がある。 そこで、 大気に放出される排ガスのダスト濃 度が所定の許容値以下となるように、 ミキシングスクラバー 26の循環液量を 増加する。 排ガスのダスト濃度が許容値以下の場合には、 除々に循環液量を低 減し、 ミキシングスクラバー 26の圧損及び消費動力を下げるように制御する。 循環液量と排ガス量の比 V ( 1 /m3) は、 1 5≤γ≤45とすることが好ま しい。
また、 ミキシングスクラバー 26の循環スラリーの塩濃度は、 後段の排水処 理 ·脱塩装置 35における塩水濃縮装置ゃ晶析装置の運転上、 ある範囲内に制 御することが好ましい。 そのため、 循環液槽 2 7の塩水濃度を監視しながら、 ある濃度範囲になるようにスラリ一の排出量を調整し、 補給水の添加量を制御 する。
ミキシンダスクラバー 26で集塵された KC 1等の塩素分を含む集塵ダスト スラリーは、 循環液槽 27を経て、 分離 '水洗装置 34においてケークと塩水 に分離され、 脱塩ダストケークをセメントミル系へ添加する。 これによつて、 石膏を含む脱塩ダストケ一クを有効利用することができる。 また、 分離 '水洗 装置 34からの塩水は、 排水処理 ·脱塩装置 35に供給され、 工業塩が回収さ れる。 尚、 特に濃度の高い塩を得る時等には、 分離 ·水洗装置 34から排出さ れる塩水の一部を循環液槽 2 7に戻して、 循環利用してもよい。
—方、 上述のように、 ミキシングスクラバー 26で集塵された集塵ダストス ラリーには、 微粉中の C a Οが水と反応して生じた C a (OH) 2が存在する ため、 セメントキルン入口フードからの抽気ガスに存在する S 02は、 この C a (OH) 2と反応し、
C a 0 + H20→C a (OH) 2
S 02+ C a (OH) 3→C a S O3 · l/2H2O+ l/2H20
C a S 03 · 1/2H20+ 1/202+ 3/2 H20→C a S04 · 2 H20 によって、 脱硫され、 石膏を回収することができる。
ここで、 抽気ガスに存在する硫黄分の除去効果は、 排ガスの硫黄分の濃度を 監視することによって確認されるが、 除去性能が低下する傾向にある場合には 吸収剤を添加する必要がある。 吸収剤としての C a ( O H) 2を増加させるに は、 以下のように操作する。
サイクロン 2 5において回収されなかった微粉中の C a Oを含むセメント原 料と、 K C 1等を含む微粉の粒度分布は、 第 3図に示すとおりである。 そこで、 吸収剤として機能する C a Oの量を多くするには、 サイクロン 2 5の分級点を、 例えば、 A点から B点に移動させる。 これによつて、 サイクロン 2 5から排出 される微粉中の C a O濃度が上昇し、 吸収剤の量を増加させることができる。 サイクロン 2 5の分離粒子径は、 以下の式で決定される。 ここで、 D。:分 離粒径 [ c m]、 μ 流体粘度 [poise]、 p s:ダスト比重 [ g / c m 3]、 p f :流 体比重 [ g / c m 3]、 V i :入口流速 [ c m/ s e c ]、 d。 : 出口ダク ト径 [ c m]、 H:サイクロンホッパー部高さ [ c m]である。 従って、 サイクロン 2 5の分級 点を変更するにあたって、 入口流速 V iを小さくしたり、 サイクロンホッパー 部高さ Hを小さくしたり、 出口ダク ト径 d。を小さくすることによって分離粒 径 D。が大きくなるが、 サイクロンホッパー部高さ H、 出口ダクト径 d。を変 更することは現実には困難であるため、 ガイ ドべーンの位置の変更、 及びサイ ク口ンの台数の変更等によって入口流速 V;を調整するのが現実的な方策であ
一方、 ミキシングスクラバー 2 6に供給される循環スラリーの流路における スケールトラブルを防止するためには、 循環液槽 2 7内の循環液の p Hを 4〜 6前後に制御する必要がある。 そのため、 循環液槽 2 7内の循環液の p Hが上 昇し過ぎた場合には、 上述のように、 サイクロン 2 5の分級点を変化させて微 粉中の C a O濃度を減少させて対処することができる。 また、 必要に応じて硫 酸貯槽 3 2に貯蔵される硫酸をポンプ 3 3を介して循環液槽 2 7に添加しても よい。
以上説明したように、 本発明にかかるセメントキルン塩素 ·硫黄パイパスシ ステムによれば、 塩素バイパスダストを脱塩処理する際の設備コストを低く抑 えることができるとともに、 セメントキルンの入口フード付近より抽気した燃 焼ガスに含まれる硫黄分を除去して有効利用すること等が可能となる。

Claims

請求の範囲
1 . セメントキルンのキルン尻からボトムサイク口ンに至るまでのキルン排ガ ス流路より燃焼ガスの一部を抽気する抽気手段と、
該抽気手段によって抽気されたガス中のダストを粗粉と微粉とに分離する 分離手段と、
該分離手段によって分離された微粉を含む抽気ガスを集塵する湿式集塵装 置とを備えることを特徴とするセメントキルン塩素 ·硫黄バイパスシステム。
2 . 前記分離手段は、 分級機であって、 該分級機の分級点を可変としたことを 特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項に記載のセメントキルン塩素 ·硫黄バイパスシス テム。
3 . 前記分離手段は、 サイクロンであって、 該サイクロンの入口風速を可変と したことを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項に記載のセメントキルン塩素 ·硫黄バ ィパスシステム。
4 . 前記湿式集塵装置は、 ミキシングスクラパーであることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第 1項に記載のセメントキルン塩素 ·硫黄バイパスシステム。
5 . 前記ミキシングスクラパーは、 該ミキシングスクラパーによって集塵され た集塵ダストスラリーが供給される循環液槽と、 該循環液槽内の集塵ダストス ラリ一の一部を該ミキシングスクラバーに戻す循環装置とを備えることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第 4項に記載のセメントキルン塩素 ·硫黄パイパスシステム。
6 . 前記循環液槽に硫酸を添加する硫酸添加装置を備えることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第 5項に記載のセメントキルン塩素 ·硫黄バイパスシステム。
7 . セメントキルンのキルン尻からボトムサイク口ンに至るまでのキルン排ガ ス流路より燃焼ガスの一部を抽気し、
抽気ガス中のダス トの粗粉を分離し、
微粉を含む抽気ガスを湿式集塵装置で溶媒を用いて集塵することを特徴とす るセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理方法。
8 . 前記湿式集塵装置で集塵された集塵ダス トスラリーの少なくとも一部をセ メントミル系へ添加することを特徴とする請求の範囲第 7項に記載のセメント キルン燃焼排ガス処理方法。
9 . 前記湿式集塵装置で集塵された集塵ダス トスラリーを固液分離し、 得られ た脱塩ダストケークをセメントミル系へ添加することを特徴とする請求の範囲 第 7項に記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理方法。
1 0 . 前記湿式集塵装置で集塵された集塵ダス トスラリーを固液分離し、 分離 した塩水の少なくとも一部をセメントミル系へ添加することを特徴とする請求 の範囲第 7項に記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理方法。
1 1 . 前記湿式集塵装置で集塵された集塵ダストスラリーを固液分離し、 分離 した塩水を塩回収工程で脱塩して工業塩を回収し、 脱塩後の処理水を前記固液 分離後の洗浄のための洗浄水または/及び前記湿式集塵装置の集塵用水として 再利用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第 7項に記載のセメントキルン燃焼排 ガス処理方法。
