Organizations must be charitable institutions that are either Registered Societies, Public Charitable Trusts or companies under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956, each as provided for under the Income Tax Act, 1961 to be considered for this program.

AdWords Terms and Conditions for India

Because Google Grants campaigns run through Google AdWords, organizations who are accepted and participate in the Google Grants program are required to accept the Google AdWords Terms and Conditions.

Participation in the Google Grants program is subject to additional terms and conditions.
